Some wise guy swore out a warrant for my arrest. As a result, I?m to be arrested on August 7 and taken to a temporary lockup at Galatoire?s. Getting out of jail won?t be free: it?ll cost $2,000. In the words of the late, great John McKeithen, won?t you he?p me?
