ADVERTISEMENTS
The Standing Committee on Judicial Ethics and Election Practices has issued opinion JE08-007. The Commission finds that donating to a campaign and attendance at a gathering are not public endorsements of another candidate for public office.Full post as published by Harmful Error on July 21, 2008 (boomark / email).
