Today on "How The House Turns" -- Former A.G. Ashcroft Testifies

ADVERTISEMENTS

Juicy stuff happens on C-SPAN3 all the time.  It's practically a daytime soap opera. Seriously.  Scope this for example...

"Former Attorney General John Ashcroft answers questions about his role in the drafting of detainee interrogation rules utilized at Guantanamo Bay. In a hearing last week before the House Judiciary Committee, witnesses said that Mr. Ashcroft's staff reviewed drafts of the "torture" memo written by then-Assistant Attorney General John Yoo."

Will Ashcroft admit to approving said memo?  Will efforts to pursuade former CIA Director George Tenet to testify before the Committee succeed?  Will Crystal get back with Sean or leave him for Jared?

For the answers to these, and other burning questions, tune in to C-SPAN3.  Well, maybe not the part about Crystal and Sean but you get the idea.

Be sure to read the opening statement of Committee Chair, John Conyers, Jr. (D-14, Michigan) too!
