KingCast says Gregory W. Floyd -- the Teflon Don of North Country is gonna' do some hard time -- but will the Union Leader interview KingCast?

At least he should. I'll be on the JPEG tip first thing in the morning because the government files don't like the MacBook for some reason (here's the JPEG) so I gotta' print it and then scan it. But you can see it yourself right here at Megaupload now that I've uploaded the investigative pdf files that Defendant Ayotte doesn't want the World to see:

Pdf file p. 182/analog p. 196, case #97-1006-C, dated 1July 98:

Gregory W. Floyd answered to Criminal Threatening on 6/22/98 in Grafton Superior, and was found Guilty.

His sentence was "1-3 yrs NH State Prison suspended upon good behavior for 10 yr.. Probation for 3 yrs. Can't possess firearms during period of suspension."

Copping a Permanent Restraining Order (from the same Judge who heard KingCast v. NH AG Kelly Ayotte) is not exactly, ummm.... "good behavior," mmmmmkay Mr. PCP/Marijuana felon Floyd, so it appears that he has run out of get-out-of jail (prison) cards.

Meanwhile, a little birdy very close to this situation informs that Nancy West is preparing a Sunday feature story on this whole situation. Now I have not heard from the UL on any of this, despite the fact that they most certainly are in my distribution list but that's not surprising. On prior occasion they failed to interview me on an issue when I was NAACP legal chair and said I -- rather than Floyd -- was going to prison. But I was correct then and I feel confident that I am correct now. Read about that right here.

We don't need another Journalism 101 hatchet job like ABC News' "Officer Down."

So here's how the interview should start:

UL: "So KingCast, how do you prepare for the rigors of your days as a Civil Rights Activist?"
KingCast: "Well often when I get up I watch some cool music. Today it was the O'Jay's Backstabbers and some Joy Division Live Transmission....."

Seriously look at that drummer kick ass, just as impressive as the bloke from Dinosaur Jr. At about 2:20 he kicks into high gear, and Ian Curtis (RIP) is doing his thing..... so awesome. They broke the mold, totally one of the most influential bands of the post war era. The follow up band New Order was good too, but in a different way. Bonus Tracks "Control" Movie Trailer and "Disorder."
