: Legal Pad | LAAguirre sues public utility over October wildfires

City Attorney Mike Aguirre sued San Diego Gas & Electric yesterday over damages to city property and firefighting costs from the October wildfires, 10 News reported (READ, WATCH).
The lawsuit alleges that the power company failed to prevent downed power lines from starting the the Witch Creek and Guejito fires.
