: Legal Pad | LAL.A. woman sues Victoria's Secret claiming thong hurt her eye

A 52-year old Los Angeles traffic officer is suing Victoria's Secret, alleging that a decorative metal piece attached to a thong flew off when she was trying it on and hit her in the eye, The Smoking Gun reported.
Macrida Patterson claims the piece injured her cornea, forcing her to miss days of work, and will affect her forever, according to the suit filed at Los Angeles Superior Court.
