MoDOT Worker Killed on Interstate 70 in Kansas City

Michael York, 51, a long time Missouri Department of Transportation worker, was struck and killed by a tractor trailer around 9:30 a.m., officials said. York had worked for MoDOT for over 25 years, according to coworkers.
