: Illinois Injury Lawyer BlogIDOT Worker Killed in Interstate Car Accident
A fatal car accident left an Illinois Department of Transportation worker killed yesterday. A deadly interstate accident on a Chicago, Illinois interstate left the road worker dead and another individual with car accident injuries. The injured interstate worker suffered from a head injury and a brain injury but was released from the hospital. The reckless driver attempted to leave the scene but was later apprehended. This accident comes after Illinois legislation has been passed to minimize highway car accidents and construction accidents in highway work zones. As of yet the family of the deceased has not filed a wrongful death suit against the negligent reckless driver. To see the full story click here.
