Practice Management

First, I was over looked (read, ignored) by the ABA Blawg 100, and now Vanity Fair has left me out of its Blogoticon.  I am not legal enough, opinionated enough, and now not even scurrilous enough to get on the Blogoticon.  WHAT HAVE I DONE TO DESERVE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!  My mother must be so ashamed.  Not to worry, though, I get emails every week telling me what a terrible job I am doing in the blogosphere.  That is enough to keep going.
