: Structured Settlements 4RealWho Is Daniel Bijan to DealFlow Media?
By John Darer
A made for Google Adsense website called structuredsettlementbrokers.net Download stuctured_settlement_brokersstuctured_settlement_brokers.pdf is filled solely with recent content derived from DealFlow Media's Structured Settlements Wire, including inccurate information about the National Structured Settlement Trade Association.
Temporarily putting aside my feelings about the inconsistent quality of DealFlow Media reporting, it made me very curious as typically such sites draw content or RSS feeds from many web sites. What made it more odd was that the About Us Wiki report on structuredsettlementbrokers.net states that DealFlowMedia.com is a "related web site".Download structuredsettlementbrokers.Net Related Domains-DEAL FLOW MEDIA.pdf . Indeed each of the stories contained a link to DealFlow Media's Structured Settlements Wire.
And the story gets even creepier. The Whois records state that the Registrant, Adminstrative and Technical Contact of the web site is one Daniel Bijan located at 8032 West 3rd Street, Suit 103 Los Angeles, CA 90048 Telephone (905)792-1955
I visited the the California Insurance Department website to verify license status. Neither DealFlow Media nor Daniel Bijan are listed as insurance licensees.
According to information verified from third party sources, Daniel Bijan has , is listed as the registrant of 2,721 other websites including at least one that involves teenage porn which teases the user with "what you need when you need it". Sound like a familiar adage? Research also indicates ownership of other porn sites.
It certainly begs the question "Did the factoring industry's "your money when you need it" sales pitch come from the porn industry or vice versa?"
It also begs that question "What is the connection between DealFlow Media and Daniel Bijan?" Perhaps DealFlow Media should answer that question. It would not be an unfamiliar genre, given that it devoted two stories on Structured Settlements Wire to a cash filled "pillow fight" that didn't happen back in February?
Last year's strafing of Patrick Hindert on his comment spam ineptitude may have seemed a little harsh at the time to some. But unless people sit up and take notice as well as take the next step it is evident that the "structured settlement" brand will be overrun by far more than "cash now pushers".
