Ook Cassatie verwerpt verzoekt tot wraking rechter in sociale zaken

Wim Vandeputte Na het Arbeidshof te Brussel, wees ook het Hof van Cassatie onlangs een verzoek tot wraking van een rechter (werknemer) in sociale zaken af. Het verzoek betrof ditmaal een raadsheer in het Arbeidshof te Antwerpen, wiens onpartijdigheid door de verzoekende werknemer in twijfel werd getrokken. Naar aanleiding van een geschil over de sociale verkiezingen, moest het Hof van Cassatie
