I have a "no Jimmy Buffet" clause in my contract

My friend's band was playing an acoustic set tonight, and one of the guys in the band suggested "Cheeseburger in Paradise". To which my friend replied "No Jimmy Buffet! I have a 'no Jimmy Buffet' clause in my contract!"

And my first thought was "but is that an enforceable clause?"

Ugh... still can't get away from Contracts. Why is it that no other class has stuck in my head like Contracts does?
