Andrew Holmes joins Manatt Phelps as counsel

16 Andrew Holmes joined Manatt Phelps' Los Angeles office as counsel in their litigation division.

Holmes represents defense clients in a variety of fraud issues, including SEC and CFTC investigations, grand jury investigations and criminal and civil litigation involving allegations of financial fraud and related allegations of malfeasance.

Holmes previously was a shareholder at Beck De Corso. Before that, he was a staff attorney for the SEC and corporations counsel for the  state Department of Corporations.
