Brocade?s Reyes Sentenced to 21 Months in Prison

backdatingThis just in: Former Brocade CEO Gregory Reyes has been sentenced to 21 months in prison, and ordered to pay $15 million fine for his role in stock-options backdating. Reyes was convicted on several counts of fraud in August. In December, a jury convicted former Brocade human-relations head Stephanie Jensen on separate backdating-related charges.
