Just a post to let you know that nothing happened in the First Circuit over the past few days. Therefore, this proves beyond a doubt that "temp" lawyers and "contract" lawyers are better workers than anyone nominated by the president and confirmed by Congress. (For obvious reasons, I have never had occasion to actually speak with a "contract" attorney, but they would have made it look like they had done something.)
