Limited creative juices lead to writer?s block

By Jason

ADVERTISEMENTS

I have never been a blogger who posted very often, but in the last few weeks I’ve fallen off even more than usual. This is in direct violation of one of my 2008 goals which was to post on a more regular basis. Although it’s not as if I haven’t been busy.

In the last few weeks I’ve delivered several presentations about social networking for attorneys and legal professionals, both in house and outside the firm. I’m still posting and making updates to the AALL 2008 conference local arrangements website and blog, astute observers may notice some new content regarding The Daily Rose conference newspaper.

Much of my time has been helping with the Special Libraries Association Innovation Lab. You may have recently read SLA president’s Stephen Abrams’ post about using Twitter at the SLA conference in Seattle, as well as from Yankee In Canada.

It seems that all this activity has sucked up some of my creative juices, and I haven’t been able to put together some worthwhile posts. But with the SLA conference coming to Seattle and the big push for the Innovation Lab winding down I feel some blogging energy returning.

I have some posts I’ve been sitting on, and of course I will blogging from SLA in Seattle as well. So my apologies, and look for some more posts coming in the next few weeks.
