Thats what (I think) I heard Senator Obama say tonight in his speech observing his clinching of the 2008 Democratic Nomination, in Minnesota. He also mentioned his work to reform criminal justice in Illinois, noting 13 "innocent people" sent to death row in Illinois. Finally he also emphasized unifying America "united by common challenge and common hopes" rather then fear.
