International Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. has announced that they are conducting a voluntary product recall of their dietary supplement product known as Viril-Ity-Power (VIP) Tabs. The recall was announced as a result of the company being notified by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of a potentially harmful undeclared ingredient known as hydroxyhomosildenafil. The FDA believes that hydroxyhomosildenafil is an analog of sildenafil, which is an active ingredient for Erictile Dysfunction (ED).
One concern is that there could be a harmful drug interaction with this product and the active ingredients in some prescription drugs. The VIP Tabs were sold nationwide. If you are using this product, you should discontinue immediately and contact a medical professional. The Company has advised that any unused portions of this product be returned to CB Distributors in Benoit, Wisconsin, (800)-273-4137, Ext. 3.
