Increase in Company Registration Fees

Registration and stamp fees for incorporating companies has been significantly increased. The Registrar of Joint Stock Companies is yet to update its website( www.roc.gov.bd). For example, the stamp duty is now Taka: 1200/= instead of Taka: 120/= and registration fee for company with authorized capital of Taka: 1,00,00,000/= is Taka: 17,025/=.
