From Kentucky.com. I liked the owner's quote on being sued for name infringement by a company now in bankruptcy - "It's like being sued by Casper the Ghost.":

N. Ky. restaurant closing over lawsuit

A northern Kentucky restaurant is shutting its doors in a dispute with a casino over the name of the eatery.
Jeff Ruby said he's closing the Newport restaurant, Jeff Ruby's Tropicana, on June 30 because Tropicana Entertainment, is suing him over the name.
Tropicana Entertainment, the Crestview Hills-based gaming company owned by Bill Yung III, filed the lawsuit a year ago. That company has since gone bankrupt and lost the gambling license for its Tropicana casino in Atlantic City, but has not dropped the suit.
"The bankruptcy just means it's going to lengthen the lawsuit and make it more expensive," said Ruby. "It's like being sued by Casper the Ghost."
Ruby said changing the name of the restaurant isn't an option because it would require a change in d.cor or concept.
