: Chris King's 1st Amendment PageFranconia Counsel Mullen finally provides Ms. B dash cam video and response to Troy Watts, Esq. Ethics Complaint against Bruce McKay.
By Christopher King

Okay, first I can now obtain for $15 each for the 3 McKay DUI videos, one of which is of Ms. B (case dismissed for lack of Probable Cause by Judge Cyr). It will be interesting to see what we see about the penis-shaped knife near labia/groin/private parts, etc. I'll have a money order in the mail for Attorney Mullen tomorrow.Okay, next on the Attorney Watts complaint that the dog ate, Attorney Mullen responded but pinned (penned?) himself in a box (doghouse?) because he responded to my first Notice of Bad Faith. But that version did NOT clarify the FACT that the fax header showed that his clients Montminy and the Town were in receipt of the Watts complaint. He wrote:
2. The issue in this case is whether or not there was any documentation as to whether there was a complaint filed by Attorney Troy Watts in the possession of the Town of Franconia or in the Franconia Police Department.
3. Chief Montminy conducted a thorough search of the police Department records and of the Town of Franconia's records and was not able to locate any such complaint. The fact that Grafton County Attorney Hilaire may have a copy of such a complaint is irrelevant for the purposes of this petition.
KingCast says: WRONG ANSWER. The fax header proved that the Town committed a lie by omission and if Judge Vaughn doesn't care about it, I'm certain the next court will. That's dirty pool Attorney Mullen and I look forward to your response to the final Mothers' Day Bad Faith Notice and the ethics complaint on Rule 3.3 Candor Toward the Tribunal as linked below.
If a lawyer, the lawyer?s client, or a witness called by the lawyer, has offered material evidence and comes to know if its falsity, the lawyer shall take reasonable remedial measures, including, if necessary, disclosure to the tribunal. A lawyer may refuse to offer evidence, other than the testimony of a defendant in a criminal matter, that the lawyer reasonably believes is false.......Thus, for example, paragraph (a)(3) requires a lawyer to take reasonable remedial measures if the lawyer comes to know that a client who is testifying in a deposition has offered evidence that is false.
So I look forward to the Town's explanation in this or any tribunal as to why they allegedly discarded a rather serious complaint against Norman Bruce McKay, not to mention the FACT that the town never disclosed to the media the complaints about the people whom McKay offended in the rain, or of the woman at Hillwinds Motor Inn, or of the Franconia Fire Chief and his employee that McKay threatened him and issued a false time log. I might be suspended right now, but as a former AAG nobody's going to pull the wool over my eyes when it comes to this sort of malfeasance, and if you can't pull it over on me you sure as hell can't pull it over on Judge Vaughn.
