Mullen & Henzell promotes three in Santa Barbara

Mullen & Henzell promoted Jared Katz and Rafael Gonzalez to partner and Christine Roberts to of counsel.

Katz represents institutional, business and individual clients as part of the firm's civil litigation group. He also has experience participating in domestic and international alternative dispute resolution. Before joining the firm in 2006, Katz was previously at LeBoeuf Lamb.

Gonzalez advises and represents businesses in traditional labor and employment matters. He is also corporate counsel assisting in general corporate maintenance, supervising out-of-state litigation, representing companies in business disputes and in litigation of real estate matters. He was previously an attorney with the U.S. National Labor Relations Board, Region 21 in Los Angeles.

Roberts assists clients with employment benefit questions and transactional matters in the employment and benefits field. Roberts also frequently assists transactional attorneys in mergers and acquisitions aspects of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).
