Donald McCarthy joined Duane Morris' Los Angeles office as a partner in their intellectual property practice.
McCarthy has been a trial lawyer for 40 years. He represents manufacturers and distributors of pharmaceuticals, electronics and mechanical parts in patent litigation. McCarthy has also worked on trademark litigation issues for brands like Honda, Acura and General Motors.
He was previously a partner at Jones Day's L.A. office.
