Update on Federal Lawsuit on Maui Vacation Rentals
The case pits the Maui Vacation Rental Association (MVRA) against the County of Maui. The MVRA is asking Judge Michael Seabright (a former Assistant U.S. Attorney and a George W. Bush appointee) to enjoin the County from enforcing its zoning code.
