O'Melveny real estate partner Tom Muller joins Manatt

Tom_muller Real estate attorney Tom Muller joined Manatt Phelps' Los Angeles office as a partner. Muller represents public-held and private companies and financial institutions in commercial real estate transactions.

Muller is the third partner at O'Melveny & Myers to move to Manatt recently. All three took advantage of Manatt's early retirement deal that temporarily lowered the retirement age to 50 for O'Melveny attorneys who've been partners for at least 15 years, The Recorder reported. The early retirement deal was first reported on by Cal Law's Legal Pad blog in March.
