Corporate and securities attorney Allen Sussman joined Reed Smith's Los Angeles office as a partner.
Sussman was previously a partner at the L.A. office of Morrison & Foerster, representing public and private issuers, banks, broker-dealers and underwriters in securities matters.
Before going private, Sussman was an enforcement attorney at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the 1990s.
