Rohan Dalal manages 459 lawyers, which makes his firm, Mindcrest (India) Pvt. Ltd., one of the biggest employers of legal talent in India. In fact, if Mindcrest was a law firm, it would be the country's biggest, ranking with some of the largest law firms in Canada.
