Before I enter the full debate with factoring promoter Patrick Hindert on his comments about the NSSTA meeting and the future of the structured settlement industry, I would like to focus on his question of NSSTA members abilty to use Internet tools. Perhaps he should be looking in the mirror.

It is clear that Patrick Hindert can write, but it is also clear that he cannot farm...spam comment farm. It's springtime in Terrace Park and the crop of the moment is spam daisy.

As previously highlighted all Hindert needs to do is color in a radio button, using his mouse, within the blogging software, the same one I use at typepad.com. So easy a 5 year old could do it. Yet he seems unwilling do so. Why? Each of the comments below marked as "SPAM" presents a flattering comment to Hindert's content (as of 4/26/2008) while providing a back link to either a factoring website or another litigation finance site.
