: Legally Blonde AmbitionI Deserve It
By "Daisy Duke"
ADVERTISEMENTS
I've discovered that Federal Jury duty means I'm "on-call" for three weeks...and I could basically have to go down to the courthouse every other day for three weeks if they are having jury trials and if I don't get picked I have to come back again. I can't even discuss how angry this makes me and my bank account & calendar that have been planning on my studying for the bar exam via a very expensive & non-refundable course all summer long. Argh.
And to make matters worse, one of my family member is in a very dark time right now and it is taking every ounce of self control to not just stay at home in solitude and think about how I might have contributed to such a downfall.
And then I found out my Grandma, who I am very close with, is in the hospital after having emergency gallbladder surgery. When I talked to her two nights ago she didn't sound very perky and today I got a text (yes, a text!) from my 74 year old Grandpa telling me she's resting after emergency surgery.
And so, in protest of all of the above I deserve the following:

Tory Burch flats might help cheer me up. Sniffle. Sniffle. (Also there was a pretty dress I'm considering ordering to wear to graduation but then the website was all wonky and I couldn't put the photo up. But it is cute too. And I just might order it.)
