Getting back in the swing of things after a little vacation is never fun, but what is less fun is being the office-mate to the person bitching about being back in the confines of meetings & deadlines after their faabulous, relaxing vaacation so I shall strive to not be that person. So, moving on...

To the Guy On the Phone On The Express Bus Downtown: Ahem. 8 am is a bit too early for me to hear you explaining your 100,983,487 reasons why you are breaking it off with your girlfriend, or your view on why her "plan" to keep you from hitting on other chicks in bars is ridiculous. And I'm really glad you are getting a new apartment, because maybe that means I won't ever run into you on public transportation again.

To the Ex of BISMOW Also On The Bus: It sure was fun to meet you this morning. Enough said.

To The People Repairing My Office (not on a bus): I'm also very sorry that pipes broke this weekend and the bathrooms are out of commission and ohmygoodnesstheserverwastouchedbyadroplet of water, and that is unfortunate considering the astronomical amount of rent all the tenants pay for this lovely lovely building, but, um, in a 40 story high rise you cannot give us one floor of working bathrooms. Seriously.

(Oh! But spring temperatures have arrived! Glory!)
