: Jacksonville Personal Injury LawyerPolice Look For Hit-And-Run Driver At The Beach
By Eddie Farah
|
Friday night, two men were crossing the street in the rain in Jacksonville Beach. Out of nowhere a white car pulled out and hit one of them. Instead of calling for help, one of the men in the street says the driver got out of the car, took a look at the man he hit, then got back into the vehicle and drove away. Police are now looking for that hit-and-run driver. The victim is expected to survive after he was taken to Baptist Hospital at the beach. This incident happened near 6th Avenue South and 1st Street in Jacksonville Beach. Police did pull over a suspect a few minutes after the crash at the Burger King on 3rd Street and tested to see if there was any blood on his car at the impact point. Pending any further tests he was released. Obviously if you can help police First Coast Crime Stoppers would love to hear from you. Their number is 1-866-845-TIPS. # |
