Die unlängst erschienene Nachlieferung zum aktuellen Palandt ist zugelassenes Hilfsmittel für die zweite juristische Staatsprüfung in Bayern. Das hat das Landesjustizprüfungsamt auf Anfrage bestätigt und zugleich gebeten, dies unter Kollegen bekannt zu machen.
Die Begründung überzeugt: Würde man den neuen Palandt jetzt kaufen, wäre die Nachlieferung eingeschweisst. In Sachen Hilfsmittel gibt es beim LJPA jetzt auch eine FAQ-Seite. (…)
