: Legal Pad | LAL.A. Superior Court Juge Francis Hourigan III retires

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Francis Hourigan III will officially retire on Tuesday, the Metropolitan News-Enterprise reported.
Hourigan, 66, is a former prosecutor at the District Attorney's Office and spent over two decades on the bench. His last working day was Feb. 29.
