New Massachusetts Phone Ban While Driving Takes Effect Soon.

Governor Charlie Baker recently signed into law a new ban on using cellphones and other electronic handheld devices while driving. When it takes effect, it will change the rules of the road in Massachusetts for good ? and has plenty of implications that are important to learn.
