10-23-17 Florida: BROOKSVILLE (FOX 13) - A suspected sex offender is dead after a shootout with U.S. Marshals and Hernando County Deputies, according to Sheriff Al Nienhius. The sheriff said detectives were serving a warrant for charges of sexual battery on a "very young victim."
