remarked in answer to the question about highly radioactive water in Unit 2 that they are still stopping the situation from getting worse, being able to cool all the Units now. The radioactive water possibly delays the cold shutdown process, but is not something that would threaten cooling capabilities.
I for one see this as confirming my point made earlier today. It is “stunning” that they find out about this high level radiation at their plant right now for the first time, two weeks out. So some military grade radiation mapping ability would really seem to be useful right about now.
