Moper Transportation Inc. et al v. Norbet Trucking Corp. et al

State v. Hoffman
"Where a prosecutor's reasons for rejecting defendant's PTI application were consistent with the legislative standards, with guidelines promulgated by the Court, and with judicial precedent, the rejection of defendant's application was within the prosecutor's discretion."

Spring Creek Holding Company Inc. v. Shinnihon U.S.A. Co. Ltd.
"Where a seller reasonably believes that a buyer would not perform and requests reasonable assurance of performance and buyer fails to provide such assurance, a seller may declare the buyer in material breach and terminate the agreement of sale."

Toll Bros. Inc. et al v. Burlington County Board of Chosen Freeholders et al
