Worst Photo Ever.

You have no idea what I’m talking about.

On Sunday, Katie and I took our engagement photos. We saw some previews of them, and they look great so far. Once they finish touching them up, they ought to be the best photos of me ever taken. The picture of me flying through the air was rad. So was the picture of me splashing through the water (sorry Kate).

Today, I went to an interview at the Alternate Public Defender’s office. It went well. The interviewing attorney took a photo of me that will eventually be on my badge. Well, that is assuming that I pass background check. Being a pirate makes it hard to pass background checks. “Pillaging” is apparently really frowned upon in the legal profession.

So in a few weeks, they’ll let me know whether I passed the background check, and then I’ll either start on May 15th, or in the Fall, depending on how the other possible summer gigs pan out.
