Nasdaq delists Frontier Airlines stock after its chapter 11 filing. KC Business Journal.

The Nasdaq Stock Market will delist the stock of Frontier Airlines' parent company starting April 22 as a result of the low-cost carrier's bankruptcy.

The airline's parent company, Denver-based Frontier Airlines Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: FRNT), said in a filing Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it had received the delisting notice Friday, one day after filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Frontier said in the filing that it won't appeal the exchange's decision.
