I’ve taken a break from blogging for a while and want to assure my readers (all six or seven of you) that I am well.  As most of you know, I’m in law school right now and…well, enough said, right?  Luckily, I had the opportunity to go down to the mountains and do some hiking on spring break.

Here I am, looking rather rested and relaxed near Newfound Gap in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and International Biosphere Reserve.  (I have to mention the “international biosphere reserve” part because I think that’s just about the most complex way of saying “park” ever conceived by humankind.  Scientists are worse than lawyers…)

And another view of Newfound Gap, where one needn’t consider the nuances of Fourth Amendment jurisprudence or the subtleties of a Terry stop…unless you’re acting reasonably suspicious up there I guess.

In any event, I haven’t disappeared from the internet completely.  I’m interested in using niche blogs to promote law practices and I’ve been working on some blogging experiments to test out a few ideas.   Unfortunately, final exams are coming up, so I won’t have much of an opportunity to blog in the next month or so.  In the meantime, if you’d like to learn a little more about using niche blogs to market your law firm, I strongly suggest you check out this internet marketing article on keyword sniping.
