I am much more brittle now. Worried about breaking bones. I fell on my ass a bunch. Even though it was 3 degrees out, I was sweating. When I stopped I could see the steam coming off my head. By the time I was done, my hair was frozen. I need to practice. but it was good to get out. For the first time in my life I am gaining weight. Too much sitting around waiting for the darkness to subside. I started my summer 2009 list today. All the things I will do next summer. Stay tuned.
