Over the weekend I went to see Clint Eastwood's newest movie, Gran Torino, with my son. My son Mark is a real movie buff. I am not that sophisticated in my taste or in the art. I very much liked the movie on a number of levels. But, the theme song I found to be just mesmerizing. The music is yet so simple and so powerful. The song was composed by Clint Eastwood, Jamie Cullum, Kyle Eastwood and Michael Stevens. I have attached the end version of the music that ran through the credits to the film. Listen to the entire song. It starts off with Clint Eastwood singing, but eases into a more perfect score.
