A wrongful death lawsuit was brought against Paul Roan, by Vicki Worthen after her husband died in an auto accident. The suit accused Roan of negligence, stating that his careless operation of his vehicle caused it to overturn. Worthen?s husband was Roan?s passenger, and the crash resulted in his being fatally injured, leaving his wife and daughter. In a recent development, sources state that Worthen is asking Madison County Circuit Judge Andy Matoesian to sign off on a $100,000 settlement, resolving the wrongful death suit.
