: Bodily Injury BlogSuit Blames Mudslides Partially on Golf Course

A group of California homeowners have filed a lawsuit against Shorecliffs Golf Course over mudslides that occurred last December. The suit alleges golf course officials failed to properly maintain hillside slopes on the course that contributed to the dangerous mudslides. The lawsuit is seeking $10 million in damages, and an additional $10-$15 million from the city of San Clemente, Calif. |
