Many investors have contacted our firm regarding the Reserve Yield Plus Fund (RYPQX). Based upon the investors statements, the Fund was pitched as a "money market" fund by various broker/dealers, including representatives from TDAmeritrade. Investors that purchased the Fund cannot withdraw their money, as of today. Our firm is investigating whether investors have recourse against the various broker/dealers that recommended the Fund.
