Nissan is currently recalling almost 700,000 Altima and Sentra cars due to problems with a sensor that could lead to engine stalling. Nissan Motor Co. spokeswoman, Jeannine Ginivan said there have, thus far, been no reports of crashes or injuries tied to this issue.
