Jurors in Florida have ordered R.J. Reynolds to pay $30 million to a woman whose husband died of lung cancer. The award includes $5 million in compensatory damages and $25 million in punitive damages. The case is one of several tried in the state since the Florida Supreme Court overturned a massive class-action case in 2006.
