$2.5 Million Awarded Due to Discrimination

Lockheed Martin Corp., will pay $2.5 million to former employee, Charles Daniels, who sued for having been called the N-word and for nothing having been done by Lockheed after he reported the ongoing workplace discrimination. This is the largest settlement with an individual in a racial discrimination case handled by the by the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
