Scenes from an election OK, why was he holding a nightstick? So, the police took away "nightstick guy" but left the "pollwatcher" wearing the quasi-military Black Panther garb? Huh? So it's ok to have people in white sheets and hoods standing in front of polls? I don't think so. It sounds like a "one-off" situation, but the insouciant attitude to wearing racists uniforms is bizarre.
