Patent
Hawk is delighted to announce
Platinum Patents, the prosecution branch of Patent Hawk. The same folk who
have been wreaking havoc on patents for years for litigation defense,
facilitating monetizing patents for patent holders, and providing patent
intelligence to gain an unfair competitive edge, now offer prosecution services
for inventors. The same excellence our existing clientele experience is now
honed to providing superior patent protection.
Excellent patent prosecution comes down to three things: storytelling, technical acumen, and knowing MPEP. Regular Patent Prospector readers know well Patent Hawk storytelling skill. As to technical acumen, our middle name is "quick study." Platinum Patents founder Jordan Kuhn lived and breathed MPEP as a USPTO examiner. His able assistant, Gary Odom, Patent Hawk founder, is no prosecution slouch either: an inventor and pro se prosecutor for the past eight years, with several patent grants in a variety of computer-related technologies.
Yes, Patent Hawk still performs patentability searches for other prosecutors.
Platinum Patents / Patent Hawk is looking for an attorney or patent agent who is a talented storyteller, with a technical background in chemistry and/or bio-technology, to join the firm. The successful applicant will have extraordinary communication skills, technically adept (one of the sharper tacks in the box), a savvy prior art searcher, well organized, and willing to work wherever s/he damn well pleases, because we are a virtual organization. If you fit the foregoing qualifications, love your work, and have a sense of humor, please email with a resume. Thanks.
